At Buff City Soap, our plant-based products are hand-crafted to order. We work hard to get your fresh items processed and delivered as quickly as possible.

1. Order Processing Time
• Standard Orders: All online orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after order processing.
• Rates: Standard shipping is a flat rate of $9.99 within the contiguous United States (Free shipping on orders over $50.00).

3. Tracking Information
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
